Juggling Priorities - the key to successful Agile development

Saturday 7 November: 1:30pm - 3:00pm
The key to successful Agile development is the ability to dynamically prioritise what the most important tasks are at each stage of the project. However, correctly prioritising, getting your team to prioritise, and getting your customer to believe in the priorities are no simple tasks.
This workshop will discuss intuitive techniques for defining and agreeing project goals, forming tasks from those goals, assigning priorities to those tasks and effectively communicating the reasoning behind the priorities, throughout an Agile project.

The workshop will cover how HDR images can be captured, the file formats available to store them, and various techniques for lighting CG objects with recorded light to make it look like your CG elements were truly there in your live-action scene. Examples from short subject research films such as Fiat Lux (1999) and The Parthenon (2004) and a variety of motion pictures using the technology will be presented.
