Weta Digital Day at Park Road Post
Weta Digital will be hosting its second annual Weta Digital Day at AnimfxNZ. Weta will be giving behind-the-scenes presentations for Rise of the Planet of the Apes featuring VFX Supervisor Chris White and others. From real life reference (courtesy of the Wellington Zoo) to the latest in performance capture, simulation and animation techniques, see how these remarkable Apes were created.
The day will conclude with a making-of presentation on The Adventures of Tintin showcasing what it took to translate the magic of Hergè's iconic panels for the big screen.
