Radar Cartoons

Rita is the President of Radar Cartoons. In addition to brokering network and co-production deals for her clients, Rita is the executive producer of "Ruby Gloom" for Nelvana and YTV and "Hero:108" for Cartoon Network Europe, Mike Young Productions and Radar client Gamania Digital Entertainment.

She is also the co-producer of The Nicktoons Film Festival with Frederator Studios for the Nicktoons cable channel. Before opening Radar, Rita worked as a publisher, editor and journalist focusing on the industry of animation. Radar Cartoons is a boutique consultancy firm. Radar's business model is to serve as a producer’s representative for companies outside of the U.S. As part of this work, Radar helps animation studios, game companies and think tanks to develop original content for sale as series or movies to American networks, global distribution outlets and co-production partners. Radar is also an indie producer, so, on behalf of their clients and themselves, the company takes pitches for new shows, seeks out new creative animation talent and works with writers.
